Where is Koya-san?

Have you ever heard about Koyasan? I knew this place when I was travelling in Japan. I think this place is worth to visit when you are planning to travelling around Osaka. Where is Koyasan? What's make this place become the World Heritage? Let's check it out! Welcome to Koya-san! Brief Introduction Koya-san--a Holy Mountain is home to an active monastic center founded twelve centuries ago by the priest Kukai (posthumously known as Kobo Daishi) for the study and practice of Esoteric Buddhism. This sacred mountain, enveloped in a mysterious atmosphere, it's located in south of Osaka in Wakayama Prefecture and relatively close to the ancient capitals of Nara and Kyoto (about three-hour trip from both cities). Where to go in Japan?

My first ever travel to Japan has been an amazing experience. I'm travelling SOLO, I can't speak Japanese fluently, but I still enjoy it! For my first travel, I choose Osaka. Why Osaka? Well, because my friends said that Osaka_and the cities near it_has a lot of historic related sites and fill with Japanese culture as well. Besides Osaka, I went to Nara, Kobe, Kyoto, and Koyasan. Those four city are in Kansai Area but in the different prefecture, and you can reach those city from Osaka around 1 hour, except for Koyasan that need approximately 2.5 hour to reach there. Osaka Osaka itself has a lot of place to visit, there is Osaka Castle, Tsutenkaku Tower, Shinsekai, Dotonburi, Kuromon Ichiba Market, Hozenji Temple, Umeda Sky Building, Temporizan Feris Wheel and there's still plenty of place you can visit.
