Wing Heng, Hongkong Dim Sum

I went to Wing Heng, Hongkong Dim Sum with my family recently. From it's name we already knew that this place serve dim sum and in addition they also serve noodles and rice.

Wing Heng open every day from 6.00 am until 1.00 am. You can eat it as your breakfast, brunch, lunch, evening tea or even dinner, you decide it!

When I went at 8 in the morning, but it's already quite crowd with people who finish biking in the Sunday morning. Most of them order dim sum, but there's some people who also order the noodle.

The dim sum their offer is quite a lot and there are a very common dim sum menu that we can see in another dim sum restaurant. We order dim sum the most, and order a bowl of noodle too.

We ordered three kinds of steam bun, one with the salted egg inside (yellow one), one with the pork and vegetable inside (the white one) and the last one is crispy pork bun (with roasted pork inside). I like the salted egg most, even I won't refuse for other two.

We also ordered the fried dim sum, I like fried radish cake most! I love it! Well, it's not as delicious as the one that I ate in China back then, but it still get my attention a lot. And don't forget the Shrimp Tofu Spring Roll, it also very crispy, and the taste even better when you add more sauce with it. The Crispy Taro Chicken and Shrimp Fried Wonton also tasty. The one that you need to order is Salty Enoki Mushroom, once you eat it, you can't stop!
