Relaxing in Kuala Lumpur

On my last holiday, besides went to Penang, we also went to Kuala Lumpur, that is more modern than Penang. However, I prefer Penang as a place to visit for a relaxing holiday to Kuala Lumpur. But I believe some people like Kuala Lumpur more.

Kuala Lumpur is another metropolitan city, with the tall building and traffic, I found this city quite busy. However near the hotel that we stayed, the store is not open until midnight, around 9 it's already close. But not far from the hotel there's a street food that worth to walk for.

We didn't visit much tourist place in Kuala Lumpur. We went to Batu Cave and Genting Highland:))
I really enjoy my second visit to Batu Cave and my first visit to Genting also amazing. I didn't realize jackpot somehow can be so interesting.

Japanese Food That I have in Genting

We still in our culinary hunting, there are a lot of delicious food in Malaysia. We're having a delicacy seafood after our afternoon walk to Batu Caves, and have a Chinese Food for the dinner. However we can't find the authentic Malaysia Bakut Teh. I really craving for this food while I was there, unfortunately, we just got a just fine even not good one.

On our last day in Malaysia, we're having an unforgettable lunch in Wang Mei Ji Restaurant, a hainan chicken rice with the roasted pork belly. This might be the best food that I had when in Kuala Lumpur. Just imagine the crunchy of the pork skin, the meat that just cooked really well... Oh, I just can't describe it with my own words, you should go and try it yourself.

We're so lucky we came early, we can taste the soup that super delicious! And of course not to mention how many people that come after us and wait for the food to be prepared. Worth it!

That's my short trip to Kuala Lumpur, even it's not my favorite city to spend a holiday with, but I would like to go to Genting again in the future, and of course I want to seek for more delicious food there.

Anyone want give me a ride to Genting?

I went to Wing Heng, Hongkong Dim Sum with my family recently. From it's name we already knew that this place serve dim sum and in addition they also serve noodles and rice. Wing Heng open every day from 6.00 am until 1.00 am. You can eat it as your breakfast, brunch, lunch, evening tea or even dinner, you decide it! When I went at 8 in the morning, but it's already quite crowd with people who finish biking in the Sunday morning. Most of them order dim sum, but there's some people who also order the noodle. Makanan enak selalu ada di mana saja, begitu pula dengan kota kelahiranku, disini terdapat beragam makanan yang tidak kalah dengan restoran bintang lima. Salah satunya_yang akan saya bahas di post ini_ adalah Soto Mie Agih. Soti Mie Agih, yang belakangan lebih terkenal berasal dari Bogor, sebenarnya berasal dari Sukabumi. Setelah pemiliknya membuka cabang di Bogor, banyak konsumen yang mengira soto mie ini berasal dari Bogor. Padahal mie ini telah ada di Sukabumi sejak saya kecil. Mie  home made ini, memiliki kekenyalan yang tidak terlalu keras juga tidak terlalu lembek. Nasi Ayam Geprek Sambal Bawang Ambyar

Pandemi yang berkepanjangan ini membuat kita berdiam diri di rumah terus. Biar lebih hemat, awalnya saya sih masak sendiri, tapi setelah sekian purnama masak sendiri, terkadang ada rasanya ingin menikmati cita rasa makanan yang sesungguhnya, dari tempat makan di luar sana. Kali ini, saya putuskan untuk pesan melalui aplikasi online, makanan yang simpel tapi ngena banget rasanya. Nasi Ayam Geprek Sambal Bawang Ambyar ini, jujur saya beli karena lagi ada promo (siapa yang suka berburu promo juga?). Selain satu paket ayam geprek, saya juga pesen satu tahu goreng. Ga pake lama, pesenan saya datang dan saya langsung bisa menikmatinya, sebelum tentunya saya kasih ke HP saya dulu untuk dinikmati. Bungkus takeaway dari resto ini sangatlah unik, saya sendiri sangat menyukainya, sangat auntentik, Indonesia banget gitu. Pas dibuka juga semuanya tertata dengan baik, cukup mengundang selera makan.
